This is our 2nd Planning Retreat in the last few years,
and is back due to popular demand :). 

A Lovely Home In Summit County, most likely Breckenridge, CO (TBD)

Friday, January 26th - Monday, January 29th (Snow Sculpture Weekend!!)

Planning Retreat For Awesome Colorado Lady Photographers

TBD On How Many Ladies Sign Up -- But trying to keep it between $300-$400 Per Person.


What's included? 

3 Nights Accommodations in Summit County (most likely Breck). Styled Shoots. Girlboss talk. FOOD! Beverages (BYOB or BYOW but we all usually share! Plus we will most likely get some wine/beer with the group food fund). And fun! The structure of this retreat is to provide some down time, work time, and build community among lady photographers in Colorado. We often forget about how nice it is to have co-workers, so let's have a weekend where we feel like we are truly part of a team. You will have a lot of freedom during this weekend -- freedom to be involved and freedom to not be involved in several things throughout the day. However, we truly want girls to sign up that want to have fun with the group as a whole. No drama please :). 


$100 Goes towards the retreat balance, while the 2nd $100 goes towards the damage deposit of the house/holding your spot. If you cancel, there will be no refunds. If you damage the house in any way or use things in the house that you are not supposed, you will completely lose your $100 deposit. This $100 will returned be to you after the retreat. 

***Final Balance will be due most likely in November or December, but depends on the house we book and their requirements. I will keep you updated on this. 

DEPOSITS are due by 9/28. The sooner you sign up, the higher priority you have in choosing your sleeping arrangements :). Have to keep it fair somehow! We will choose a house based on how many people sign up, and keep it within the $300-$400 range per person. IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE SIGN UP, YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY REFUNDED. 

We are all going to be responsible for making this weekend run smoothly. That means, we all need to be respectful of the house we rent and their rules, because we all have a stake in making this weekend awesome. To make sure everyone is contributing, we will have a sign-up sheet with cooking and clean-up duties (not much, probably just 1-2 meals/times throughout the retreat at most). Also in this, we will have a few things throughout the weekend that will not be optional because we need the entire group to be involved in order to stay cohesive.

The Agenda:
Below is our itinerary from our last retreat. We will follow a similar format, with new things to talk about and new things to do! We are open to doing more or less business related things -- but most importantly you get to network and build community with those in the industry which can be lonely sometimes. Maybe we can even add in some yoga or massages while we are there -- who knows, we will start planning soon and getting the group consensus.

7:00 PM: Icebreaker & Games while finishing dinner
8:00 PM: Goal Setting & Weekend Planning Talk/Discussion (Led by Ashley Meier)

1:00 PM: Outdoor Activity/Free Time (Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Etc.? We can discuss ideas)

1:30 PM: Shootout. Couples will be meeting us at the rental house at 1:30 pm. We will go over beloved, venture out to downtown, grab a drink if time allows and then finish off at Sapphire Point or somewhere close to Lake Dillon. 
4:30ish PM: Come Home/Free Time/Headshots/Etc.
6:00/30 PM: Dinner
7:00 PM: Instagram Marketing Discussion, Other Topics anyone would like to discuss as a group
8:00 PM: Games, Free Time, Etc.

8:30 AM: Breakfast W/ Website Critique/Discussion
